I had my concerns with this business after reading the reviews here, but I'm happy to say that the whole experience was mostly painless, efficient and quick. The whole move was completed in just over 3 hours. The two guys worked quickly, took direction well, and worked autonomously while my partner and I were out doing other things. Great value - would happily use again.

Worst company ever. Fairly certain they planned to come back later and rob us. No communication, hours late, no return phone calls, left a 8tonne truck in my drive way for 30hrs making me miss two days work, no return phone call again, sent a mechanic around three times without calling me to say they were doing that, no return call from any shoddy ass employee there, no real office, phones divert to mobile, truck has no logo, criminals. DO NOT USE CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW MUCH THESE GUYS SUCK. The two moving blokes were The only helpful employees

Not worth giving them one or even half a star at all!!!
Were an hour late and damaged my goods. Never received a phone call to tell me they would be running late. Also called them on multiple times to find out what is going on, never got a call back. I did lot of the work too.
Please I emphasize that you look for a professional company and pay the extra money, and get quality service. I learnt my lesson the hard way!!!

No....spend the extra cash and hire a reliable company. Booked a removal for Monday morning 8-9am and was called on Saturday to ask if they could change it to 10-11am which was fine. I am now sitting waiting for the truck and it’s 11:50am and after many unanswered phone calls I have been informed that between 1:30-2:30pm the truck will be here. After reading the other reviews (whilst waiting in my storage unit since 10am) I have decided to nip it at the bud before I’m stuck here waiting for many more hours. After I cancelled all the numbers I was calling to find out where the truck was suddenly started calling me back. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Will not be using this company.
