In the 2 years I dealt with Liam of Ashley Cho, we always received very prompt responses to our requests for tech assistance. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We did have to repeatedly chase quote requests, but otherwise very satisfied with the excellent service we recieved and for their tolerant, supportive response to our outdated hodgepodge of equipment.
