Not reliable at all!! Around the end of April 2022, my wife left a set of jewelleries at this store for minor repairs. Job not even started after nearly 4 months! On the the 18th August 2022, she surprisingly turned up at the store to get back her jewelleries. She will definitely not go there again. Very unprofessional, not trustworthy and lack of communication from the owner!!
If you're getting any gold repaired I suggest you weigh it before and after because you may find it a little light when you pick it up. If you trust this jeweller I'm afraid your judgement is broken.

Went to a jeweller in the Morley Market to see if he could fix my wife's engagement ring and he said it couldn't be done as it was to delicate and wanted $1500 to melt it down and make a new one. I took the ring to Ashika and he had a close look at it and then said he could fix it with a couple of minor adjustments. He put in a champagne diamond in it and the cost was less than a quarter from what the other jeweller wanted. Ashika said it would take 2 weeks but was ready in less than a week. Surprised my wife with the ring and she loved it. Would definitely go back and highly recommend him

I left a precious stone at the store for several days to have a pendant ring placed around it round gold metal ring to be soldered on. When I returned to pick up the pendant, the ring placed around it was wonky and unevenly soldered. I pointed this out to the jeweler and he went out the back to 'correct' it. When he returned it didn't look much better. When I tried to show him where the inconsistencies were in his work. He got very defensive, abruptly cut the ring off and threw the stone back on the table, telling his staff to give me a refund. I was very taken back with his very rude reaction. The negative reviews here were all founded. Avoid this place, poor workmanship and even poorer customer service!!!
