Wonderful caring pharmacy. Keisha Reynolds is entirely incorrect in her review. If a pharmacist does not have capacity to sign a statutory declaration which you have to read and assess and takes far longer than 5 mins then she should make time to see a lawyer Comm Dec or JP. To berate a pharmacist for this is simply incredible. I would not be surprised if the pharmacist at the time took legal action in relation to this matter.

Ashgrove Compounding Pharmacy is the only chemist I use. Shayne & Steve are always more than happy to help, never shy to go above & beyond for me. I highly recommend, it's locally owned and run, and that personal touch is evident as soon as you walk in and see the guys. Competitive prices, too! 5stars for sure!!!

Outstanding service, if they don't have what you need they will get it in within 24 hours. Friendly staff. Shane has gone out of his way to help me inot only with my medication but also in my physical well being

Dear Drew, We are sorry about your experience. As two staff explained to you and your angry husband there was a compounding medication that two people ordered, which was exactly the same strength unfortunately only one was made and that was picked up early that day. It would be best if you guys take your business elsewhere.

Service is always friendly & professional, and the prices are on par / often cheaper than the big chain around the corner! It’s worth the few extra steps to see Drew.

Rude, dismissive and arrogant pharmacist who's customer relation skills are very sub standard. Resorts to accusing customers of lying instead of assisting with a script.  Will gladly drive to another suburb for scripts etc. after our treatment here.
