Very small, limited range of products and surly staff. I've been in over 20 times during the past two years to see if they would improve but not ONCE have we been met with a smile or friendliness. Extra star only because they have some Australia Post facilities, saving us having to slog over to West Ashgrove Auspost.

Don't waste your time here! The old hag behind the counter is plain rude & doesn't understand the concept of good customer service! You're better off going the other newsagent next to Coles Ashgrove!! At least they know how to smile & greet their customers!!!

Rude and dismissive lady, no interest in customer service. Wouldn't trust her to even tear my scratchies in the future.

The shop has a lovely range of cards, magazines, gift-ware, papers, stationery, lotto, scratchies and postal services. The staff are also very friendly.

Super polite boss, and very lovely staff!

The phone number here always hangs up as soon as it answers!!@???
