Great little local pub that I wandered into after work today for early dinner. It was Tuesday steak night so I had a really good porterhouse steak with the creamy peppercorn sauce with salad and fries. The plate was so generous for the price - it was happy hours as well so I had it and a pot of beer for only 28 dollars total. Very good meal. The place had really good vibes as well and there were a few regulars and some cute puppies in attendance. Staff were friendly and service was lightning fast. Much recommend this place.
Absolutely shocked with the security and management here. Kicked my two girlfriends out after simply going in the same toilet cubicle together. Made our entire group leave after we had spent $120 on wine upon arrival - which we weren’t able to finish because we had to leave. Waiters were lovely, however I couldn’t believe we were kicked out at 7:30pm after two of our party of six went in the same cubicle together mind you there was no signs saying it wasn’t allowed. Incredibly disappointed and angry.
Came in on steak night. Steak was ordered medium rare and was juicy and tender. All the fat was rendered with no gristle. Served with a generous portion of chips and salad. Got garlic butter and added mushroom gravy for $1.nnGreat value for a 300g porterhouse with good fresh chips, lemon lime bitters and a hard rated. Not much to complain about
very friendly staff, had no trouble with our big group. cocktail was fresh and delicious and food was fresh too, had great options on the menu made it hard to decide!nwill definitely have to return to try more
