Absolute farce of a branch. Never answers their phones, goes through to a call centre who tries to help, but the branch completely undermines them by being thoroughly incompetent and not calling back when promised. They blame staff shortages and illness, as if they're the only ones experiencing this. Even if that were the case, if the person you dealt with isn't available, they claim not to be able to help. The single point of failure in their processes exposes a serious flaw in their business. Woeful customer service. Shambolic.

Worst bank and worst branch. They tried to trick my mother into opening joint accounts so they could steal my deceased sisters KiwiSaver. The branch manager kept ignoring phone calls, and then conveniently went on holiday when we needed him to complete the deceased estate process. The workers here are dodgy and tried to guilt my mother along the process. Horrendous.

1. Never answers their main phone, rang 8 times throughout the day and no answer, same goes with the day after that, I had to contact the main asb branch to email them and then they contacted me regarding my missing money as I live rurally. 2. Their deposit machine swallowed $970 of my money and I still haven’t received $700 and that was over a week ago. If I was a really poor person my daughter would be starving.

Re-write your opening hours properly on the front door from Tuesday-Friday: 9am-4:30pm to Open Tuesday and Friday. 9am- 4:30pm Had my pregnant wife and my 11 month old daughter standing out in the cold thinking your service was open.
