I have been so impressed with the customer service and help I received over the phone today. I called ASB and spoke to Matt, who quickly and professionally helped me fix an online bank transfer error sent to the wrong account. Very appreciative.
Very friendly tellar staff. Even got me a chair to sit on while conducting my business at the teller's. In the past, if there has been a slight wait in the line to any of the services, staff have always come & asked if I would like a chair & allow me to sit to the side of the queue until my turn came up. They all seem very helpful, knowledgeable on tricking questions you may have or problems solving to find a better solution to what you may have brought in to do. Nothing seems to faze or stress their staff when ever I've been in. Even with communications with the most unsavory members of our community are handled with curtsey, respect & friendliness just as you would yourself be looked after. However this bank is not my personal bank but I do seem to do alot of depositing for other people who are members. It is something I'm reviewing at the moment about changes in our household finances comes up ahead.
The cash machine was in a good frame of mind and let me have all I wanted and in 50's on line had $50's
stand in an unorganised queue only to get the runaround between web site instructions and in person practices. They make it way too hard to start to do business with them.
Says they are open on Saturday but they aren't.
Visited this branch to open my two kids bank accounts recently and i couldn't say how easy the lady at the counter made it, She was very friendly and had a great attitude when it came to dealing with dealing my kids / teens i am glad we made the choice to open our kids accounts with Asb. Thanks
WSB was our bank of choice after school Post Office Bank ground root banking for me loved to bank and do budgets with my dad who was treasurer of clubs most of his adult life ...Mum was a manager and sis worked there for her first job good grounding for her, but our first mortgage came through ASB so encouraged our 4 to open accounts there have gone back to it for an account opened for grandaughtersAlways available to help kind of odd after a few years banking with Bigger banks Well done love the friendly service and awesome coin banking machines Inside and out
