Great restaurant! Service, food and drinks were amazing. Thank you to our chef Neil who went above and beyond to make sure our anniversary dining experience was 5 star and one to remember. Highly recommend! We will definately be back again soon
The value of the dinner special is great. The food was delicious. The chef was entertaining. The cocktails were watered down but that was fine. The service felt average. There was no water offered and we couldn't get more drinks as no one came to take extra orders. Plus we were sitting in a very tight spot and our view was slightly obstructed.
Celebrated our 21st anniversary at a table with 8 strangers, one of the best dinner experiences ever. In the mix was two birthdays as well. Bishua was very entertaining and interacted so well with the guests. After some excellent food and a very good laugh we felt like we were all friends. Highly recommend, was our first time, will definitely be back. Thanks Guys for making our night special.
A lot of teppanyaki restaurants I've been to previously in Australia throw food at you for entertainment purposes but the quality of food is nowhere near as good as Asami. In some countries overseas they don't even throw food at you due to their company policies. This one is by far the best teppanyaki restaurant I've been to. I would highly recommend it. Wow I can’t believe I have lived here 11 years and never been here before. It was so good! I really enjoyed everything about it …. Except it being my birthday ‍but I was spoilt and made to feel special which was really nice. I really like how they make everyone feel included. So much so I shared my birthday cake with people I didn’t even know …. Such a nice feeling to bring strangers together… Especially the way the world is at the moment. I highly recommend going for any occasion. Dining at its best with the best chefs and such good entertainment: The Service was amazing the staff were so lovely and our chef Sorry I forgot his name the handsome one was so awesome, entertaining, so funny and so lovely I would def go back there again.
Be sure to arrive with an appetite; the meal was great value and exceptionally filling! Such a fun experience, our Chef was charming and interactive - and the food was amazing considering it was cooked right in front of us! Definitely a must do while on the Gold Coast!
The show was fun but have to say this place is a bit unorganised just the way it's set up, I had to ask 3 times for a drink and also they forgot to cook one of the meals at our table. The food was pretty good but not great had the crocodile and beef and scallops but the fried rice was pretty average, we paid $195.00 intotal in the end and I felt it wasn't worth paying that price
Celebrated my son's birthday today and I couldn't get him to stop smiling, the whole family enjoyed dinner. They were very happy to accommodate my mother-in-laws diet requests. Would recommend this to anyone... The younger one is already planning his birthday here, won't stop talking about it
Took my 14 year old nephew for an unreal meal! Great showmanship from the chef. Attentive service from the staff. Delicious meal. Kid-friendliness: Great to take from about age 10+ My 14 year old nephew LOVED it! Purely because the fire would scared small children Wheelchair accessibility: Easy & flat transition for wheelchair or scooters. Ample room to manoeuvre scooter without disturbing other patrons. Good servicable height tables. Easy to park my scooter close to the table & the staff moved it.
