Quite disappointed in the service provided. I ordered 15 paints on 6th December, and detailed that I required delivery before December 20th for a Christmas gift. 14 paints arrived on the 11th however the plastic containers they were delivered in were completed smashed and so the paint tubes were dented. I enquired about the status of the final paint, but did not get a reply until the 18th December (after I had sent 3 emails) saying that their delivery was delayed and that it would hopefully go out for delivery the next day. Delivery did not go out on the 19th, but is now in transit on the 20th. Too bad I fly out tonight and wont receive it.

I had to make a last minute change to my order and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Very well priced and efficient and up-to-date payment and ordering system, which includes ZipPay, few options for payment and a messaging system which easily integrates with facebook. Definitely coming back for my next order :)

At the ripe old age of 72, and without the first clue of materials, techniques (or how to obtain same) I've embarked on a journey to release my "inner artist". I called in to the Art Store today and found THE shop I've been looking for! Kate, you could not have been more, helpful and kind if you'd tried! KUDOS! I'll be BACK!
