If you're looking for great service....look somewhere else! I did call you back after you "fixed" the the heat pump. By placing a paver on top of cylinder to stop the rattle! you washed your hands of it! Pathetic service from a despicable company! It has taken years for me to write this. It hasn't sat well. There are alot of plumbers out there who provide a much better service. Have added a photo of the rattle "fix" after several phone calls about the poor job first time around! This is the level of your workmanship. A level that you find acceptable! Once again, pathetic!
