Appalling service. No customer focus. Been using this PO for years & it keeps getting worse, parcel post especially. The old man is very condescending. Not discreet, announce your private business out loud for everyone to hear.

I like this post office. I find the staff here always friendly and helpful.
Why are they always training staffs at this post office! The substitute are slow and lag asking more question to others. The Ausie lady with the short cut spiky blond hair was rude and discriminating on me. The tall Ausie man always frowning. This post office never give me card for parcel. Frustrating to miss parcels!
Except from the lovely and smiley faced woman , all the staff are rude and do not know how to speak nicely with the customers. They do not listen to you . Be ready to scold.
