Monica was absolutely amazing and so very compassionate. She really helped me through getting a filling while I was having an anxiety attack in the chair. She is the only dentist I’ll see now.
Thank you, Dr Monica & your professional attitude to everyone & the girls are lovely ! But I have too bring attention to the owner of the property! It is sad that she doesn't value the patients that visit the clinic it is run down & needs attention needs an upgrade this doesn't take away Dr Monica’s been a professional person & continues to be wonderful. So please to the owner of the clinic we need you to buy some paint, & clean the property if you want to keep us coming if Monica leaves we will all go because I go there for her & staff ps consider that patients need to enter an attractive clinic.i I'm surprised that the owner doesn't care or see this.
Initially good, went to get a large amount of work done but required a quote to proceed. Did the scans required, then heard nothing. I rang numerous times over 3 months to get the quote to proceed, even said if they didn’t want to do it, just be honest. But each time I got the same thing, “the doctor will look at the scans and get in touch”. Btw, I’ve already now gone to another dentist and started getting the work done, whilst I still have not been contacted. Extremely terrible experience, but faith has been restored elsewhere. They clearly have been good for others, but my experience was abhorrent EDIT: The business reply would make sense if I had not called every second week over a period of 3-4 months and spoke to different people. If my request could not be simply passed on in this period of time, then what confidence would I have in any issue being resolved. Nonetheless less, I’m glad you’ve implemented processes so this does not happen again. Although I’m disappointed that even after our phone call, you’ve chosen to blame one inexperienced staff member despite me speaking to numerous staff in this period of time which discredits any accountability you initially took.
She is just awsome. Very gentle,polite,affordable. Best dentist in town. Main point is your first consultancy is free which mostly dentist charge for that. You will not dissapoint
I love Monica that much I was hesitant to put up a review incase she gets so overly busy I may not get an appointment, I cannot recommend highly enough of the care taken.
I was able to get an appointment very quickly as I was in pain. The service was great the dentist was very honest & up front and told me my best & cheapest options available. I wasn't even charged a consultation fee. I will defiantly continue to go there & I highly recommend.
Top quality service. Very friendly staff members in particular Dr. Monica and her colleague. Highly recommend this place! 10/10
What a great staff team, very professional and very nice people, detailed explanation and did such a good job, my teeth feel great , very down to earth and a very calming nature about them,also very kind hearted and seem to genually care, would recommended them to everyone. Also very knowledgeable about how to help me.thankyou so much.
Honestly these guys are the best! Very friendly and explanatory and also affordable. They provided the best option for my smile and I couldn’t have asked for a better job
