Started off not too bad. My trainer Jack was very helpful with implantation and helping with the transition process. Unfortunately Jack left. That was the downfall for me. Every customer service rep was simply hopeless and unhelpful. After 12 months, a decent whack of money spent. Subscription cancelled. With still outstanding requests for issues against our build. Go elsewhere everyone.
I have used other software packages, Aroflo is smooth and efficient incorporates all our required workplace needs. The others just don't compare. We are a maintenance Engineering company and its perfect fit for our business.
11 training sessions, and I have gone from a headless goose using Aroflo's interface to being adeptself acclaimed at using the systems. Shelley was very helpful and a great teacher.
We have used Aroflo for over 2 years and are reaching the point where the overheads of changing business management software are starting feel possibly less frustrating that putting up with unresolved bugs and poor service. One particular issue has been acknowledged as a bug by Aroflo and yet 2 years on is still not resolved. Also invoicing anything more complicated than a simple job requires invoices be exported to Excel. This invoice workflow issue again has been acknowledged by Aroflo and rather than being classed as a fault is categorised as feature request with an unknown timeframe for resolution. Aroflo looks all shiny from outside but once you get down into the detail of running a business with Aroflo, you wish you never started with Aroflo.
USE Servicem8 - We would give Aroflo 0 stars if possible - The sales team will lie about the functionality of this software!!!!! - Any forms, quoting or invoicing look TERRIBLE - you CANNOT customise any forms without having Aroflo's restrictions, they give you an option between bad and worse. - anyone that has said AroFlo is easy to use has obviously never tried another field based software - they are overpriced! - charge for you thousands for a setup fee and ridiculous ongoing cost for what they provide We only used AroFlo for 3 out of the 10 setup sessions before the trainer agreed it wasn't suitable for our asset & fire tagging business. Requested a partial refund, completely ignored never heard back from them.
The best solution based platform we have ever used but honestly the best part of this whole platform is their tech support. We have implemented multiple different solutions over the years in business and I can honestly say that having a great platform is not everything. The ability to call the most friendly and helpful tech support when you feeling stuck is it for us. Knowing that there's a competent support team ready to assist you makes you more confident in fully utilising the platform's features, ultimately getting more value.
In all honesty it probably took me 6 months before I was comfortable using AroFlo. I absolutely love it now that I’ve gotten through the transition phase. The thing that puts them at the top of the ladder for me is their technical support. Once again I’ve just had an amazing call with one of the tech guys Noah, what he just did for our system in 5 - 10 minutes, would’ve taken me hours! Thanks a lot guys! Keep it up!
Terrible customer service, Took days to reply to my online enquiry, and when they finally did I have another 5 days to wait for a possible quote to rectify an issue which isn't covered by there customer support, even though the quote will take longer than the fix. The live chat replied after 5min that no one was available to answer my inquiry. This is after I started with them, over $800 in and I still cant use the system Thankfully there was a 50% discount. Otherwise seams OK, some aspects I really want, but the sacrifices are not worth it. I will settle for other products that are massively cheaper, have a better presentation to my customers and I would rate as better overall. I will keep hunting for a optimal solution, But Aroflo is defiantly not it. After looking in further most of there reviews have no comment for some reason???
We moved to AroFlo from MS Great Plains. AroFlo handles our maintenance contracts as well as install projects & tasks in 1 package. It was best cost-effective fit for our SME business
Love how this has transformed my business. Everything you could possibly need from day to day calendar management to work place health and safety requirements. Very user friendly, but support available if needed.
