Huge line 10 minutes before closing time. Might be time for AusPost to consider more reasonable opening hours? 2 stars to auspost management and not the staff. Staff were nice enough to let us all in and work back after 5.
PLACE. I just wish there is one post shop in Wolli Creek SERVICE. I had no issues when claiming and returning my parcel so I'm happy with the service.
Aupost really need to consider their opening and closing hour. 9-5 is exactly working time for everyone. In the morning at 9am people line up til outside, same thing happen before 5pm. The staff with false eyelashes doesn’t even care enough to look for my items because I didn’t receive any tracking number and ask me to see another staff if I still want a help. I don’t even have time to line up again. RUDE and not helpful
The girl with false eyelashes is so lovely and helpful, she has served me multiple times and is always eager to help. Those suggesting she is anything other than that, I would suggest you rethink how you are approaching people in the service industry. In my experience, you get exactly what you give.
Rude service ever I had In the morning Sat, The small old Indian/Nepalese lady Keep yelling at customers, instead of being patient explain to the customer. Either Extending longer Hours or shut the door on Saturday , rather that bad service.

I went to there to collect my parcel. But they said they cannot find and if we find it call you. They did not call me and send my parcel back to sender. I contact sender but they cannot re sent again. I cannot buy again same price. I really disappointed
Postman rarely delivers my parcels, just sends them to the office. Except for today when he crammed my large parcel into my letterbox and broke it.
Jesus christ, have never had such appalling service before and witness such rudeness to other customers before. Girl with the lashes is a terrible human being, unhelpful and extremely rude.
I can definitely tell the work productivity way better than before under the new management roughly couple of years now. There are still long queues most times but that’s because ppl shop more online and sometimes AU post like sending cards of delivery failure even though I have been home all day. It takes time to see the progress in the is high labour cost country but I feel change so congrats!
