Unbelievably good accommodation. Huge 3bd suite with expansive views from 3 sides including covered balcony. Large living area and huge kitchen with everything you could need. Master suite was huge also, with ensuite including spa bath and shower. The facility is modern, bright and clean. Very well located in the guts of Broadbeach with a short walk to everything.
Fantastic spot as it is right next door to restaurants and bars at Oasis and a short walk to the supermarket. Room was spacious with good amenities, good pool and great views.Rooms: 5/5

Don’t book here, there is significant construction & demolition noise within 20 metres of the apartments. Noise starts at 6am, gets worse at 8am and continued throughout the day throughout our stay. The management have made a commercial decision not to warn guests pre booking of the nearby construction to maximise bookings and maximise profit. When I asked why they were not warning people during the booking process I was told exact quote “We simply can’t warn people before booking for 3 years as we’d lose all those bookings”. They have chosen not to inform guests so not to lose bookings. The very fact they think people would choose not to book knowing there was such big construction opposite is exactly the reason why they should put a note somewhere advising people. They know people will cancel – so therefore they have chosen not to tell people. Good short term business perhaps, but bad reputation building and bad long term for their letting pool and investors. I doubt they care, given some of the other earlier reviews on other subjects around pre booked packages not being honoured. I should say we were offered a room move to the other side of the building to resolve our specific issue which we declined we’d unpacked and a short stay, etc. This was our choice and we were grateful to be offered but….. They couldn’t seem to understand that my issue was not that there was noise, it was that no warning had been given about such significant construction only metres from the apartment – and my concern for future guests, hence this review. I simply wouldn’t have booked – there are plenty of other options in Broadbeach. Whilst I tried to speak to Georgia I assume a manager about it unfortunately she didn’t allow me to finish a single sentence simply cutting me off every time with excuses and reasons why they couldn’t possibly tell clients because it would affect their business. It was all about how it affected ‘them’ and absolutely no thought to the guest. I spoke to Georgia for several minutes yet I don’t think I managed to finish a single sentence in that whole time. The conversation was controlling, and there was no desire to listen at all. I understand their point of view and as an investor in similar businesses I was receptive and sympathetic to the point of view - had I been allowed to finish a sentence and explain my point of view. Instead I was left having to voice my point of view in this channel and others. This could have been avoided had I just been listened to – not necessarily agreed with – just allowed to finish a sentence. Other negative reviews seem to indicate a similar response and manner when dealing with complaints or feedback. However, if you think clients will not book your resort because of the construction then that’s exactly why you should warn them. If you don’t warn them, despite knowing they might not choose you, you are clearly giving no thought to the customer’s experience and just taking their money knowing there is an issue. Book somewhere else. The ’terrible’ rating here relates specifically to the commercial decision not to inform people and specifically the way my query was handled. Such a shame, as otherwise they are lovely apartments in the heart of Broadbeach and will be lovely again once the current construction is completed. Until then, avoid – unless they warn you in advance, and then, of course, you have the information you need. In the unlikely event you do book here after reading this during such massive construction I’d strongly advise NOT using the onsite management and instead booking via one of the many individually owned apartments available via the many holiday letting agents in the area or the usual online platforms as then you can guarantee which apartment you get and ensure its away from the construction.
Stayed here for 5 days with 5 friends and we loved it! The apartment was fantastic. The reception staff were lovely and extremely helpful … they handled our unexpected late changes with empathy and kindness. We’ll definitely be back!Rooms: 5/5
The apartment was huge great for a families and the views were good.But disappointed, rain was leaking through loungeroom window. Curtains had mould on them,the bathroom and cabinet laundry doors were water damaged.overall what we paid per night this needs to addressed.Rooms: 3/5
Lovely building, spacious apartments, nice view. Bad part is it is very noisy, no double glazed windows. The noise from the pool, spa, and street reverberates right up the entire building. Every little sound is amplified. This place is not right on the beach but has a nice ocean view. It is in the heart of the action in Broadbeach. You can hear bands playing and people out partying till the wee hours. But if you want action it is fine. If you want quiet though it is not suitable. Building is nice and clean and modern. Air cond in second bedroom was not working, which was quite a letdown. Very close to shops and cafes.
Best Hollidays! Beautiful view, spacious apartment, fantastic location. And most importantly a special mention to Michelle who made us feel important as guests and nothing was an issue.Looking forward to our next holiday : Joe ZRooms: 4/5

Magnificent place - let me tell you why! 1. Rooms are massive 2. They have all mod cons aircon, foxtel, utensils, coffe machine with pods!, two separate bathrooms- keeps kids and parents happy!!!! 3. Beautiful pool and hot tub 4. Sauna too! 5. Close to everything YOU MUST STAY HERE...AND NO, I HAVENT BEEN PAID FOR THIS REVIEW
