I needed to have a hand made patchwork quilt cleaned. When I went to pick it up, all the colours had run into each other and it looked terrible. The white areas were now orange/red. I was still required to pay for the damaged quilt. Extremely disappointed as my mum recently passed away and this was her quilt. It was ruined beyond repair.Service: Comforter cleaning
I was overcharged for my dry cleaning - charged for silk/linen trousers when they were ordinary synthetic pants. Very disappointed by the response when I queried it - felt totally ripped off, so will be taking my dry cleaning elsewhere in future.
Fantastic service, very happy with the recent change. New management brought it onto the new level. Cleaning services are impeccable, very professional and fast. Folded shirts for men with the paper collar - great addition! Thank you, ladies!
I recently brought my suit in on a Saturday which needed to be cleaned urgently for a wedding reception later that evening. The guys managed to meet my time constraints and I was pleasantly surprised at the result it was in a shocking state when I brought it in!. I don't live in the area, but don't mind driving that little bit extra if I get the same service.
Appalling customer service. Did a botch job on a flower girl dress and refused to accept responsibility or ownership for the error. The owner is rude and insulting. No apology or ownership offered. Definately does not do the right thing by his loyal customers. Having been taking my business there for over 6 years now did not change his demeanor at all. Infact - when he looked up previous items he had drycleaned for me he then complained to me that I hadn't taken an item there in a few months, as if this was an acceptable reason for not doing the right thing by his customer. Irrationally emotional to deal with. Very sad to see a small business owner cutting off the hands that feed him.
Appalling service delivered by a very rude and arrogant man. Ruined my expensive blouse by turning it a pale grey and managed to shrink my tailored suit.. never a gain will I use them,. do not waste your time and money.. consumer beware!
one star is not even worth giving this local establishment. The owner asks me to sign a declaration of unquantified dollars if the brand new item that he ruined is found to be not ruined at all by a third party that I was not advised of who that is. his argument is a brand new item once washed would not be in its original condition. This is perplexing. it would not be 'new' anymore but it would be in the condition that we send it to the shop. the item returned is not even in the same condition and bubbles at the corner. The person at the shop is not even friendly.
Best service in West Highly recommended. Must use their service to save your money and time.
Went there for a wedding dress to clean, and they did a great job. The dress after dryclean is immaculate. THANK YOU
Wasn't very accommodating and same day service doesn't actually mean drop off and pick up on the same day.
