Zak and his team completed a very complex air conditioning and hydronic floor solution for our new home in Surrey Hills in 2017. The design was implemented with care and professionalism across all facets of the install. His team is courteous and friendly and the level of communication throughout was excellent. I would highly recommend Arctic for all your Air Con/Hydronic needs.

Installed Hydronic heating and then was unavailable to solve problems afterwards. Had other people come to fix. System was full of rust because Zak did not put an inhibitor in the system. There was also a leak in the pipes that needed to be fixed. The system was meant to have a 10 year warranty.... which is useless when they can't come to fix!

Poor workmanship, faulty work caused damage to roof. Insurance repair. Zak installed my air conditioner in St. Albans. He did a terrible job of it, it was a right mess with holes drilled into the roof and large screws poking through. I asked if he could come back and fix the mess he never replied. A year later the roof was leaking from poor sealant to his aircon pipe work. Ceiling had to be repaired numerous times. Very considerable expense. Avoid I installed a system as seen below in their comp cert.
