I decided to replace my aged 28yrs old double glazed aluminium, large bedroom window 2.400Wx1.800H on the 2nd level, because the awning windows 2no longer closed properly and failing aesthetically. The two awning windows, not closing properly, resulted in feeling a draft, hearing the crickets, birds and street noise outside along with feeling the heat due to the window facing West. Arco Double Glazing was suggested to me by a renowned architect who designed -Indiana Tea Rooms-Cottesloe I was staggered and delighted with the product, the noise and heat were dramatically ++ + reduced with this installation. The team, Liz, Michael were easy to deal with, informative, professional and quick to respond to my many questions. The installer, Nick, receives 11/10 for being, impeccably tidy, meticulous, a good communicator, very professional and respectful of the premises. So pleased with the product and this company I have replaced an additional three more large windows. I highly recommend this product and this company based on my personal experience.
Replaced sliding door and long window in bedroom plus bathroom and toilet windows also laundry window and door. Really good communication from Mark, tweaking and finalising the quote then Eamon letting us know the progression of the order and booking in all the stages. Olly, professional and super skilled on the install. Prompt follow up with the flyscreens, we were told upfront there would be a delay but they came in sooner than expected. Highly recommend this company, contacted them because the company that did our other windows were too busy, so glad we did, price was better and we feel a much better quality product and service. So glad the guy who came to do the final measure recommended replacing the laundry door, I love it. Living in the hills double glazing makes a huge difference in summer and winter, big savings on heating/cooling bills offsets the cost over the long term. Thanks Arco.
Fantastic experience in this time when it is so difficult to find tradesmen who come on time and complete their jobs quickly and professionally. The windows and door are great, they don't cut out all the noise but have reduced it to the extent where we can't hear people walking past at night, our bedroom is only 5 m away from the front footpath. It has helped with controlling the temperature in the house and this winter it has been brilliant at keeping the rooms pleasant without the winter sting. The door is amazing, before we could hear the wind coming in around the sides and under the door. Now no wind and the noise reduction is great, it no longer sounds like the buses are in the lounge room. Highly recommend these products and looking forward to getting the rest of the house done eventually.
We purchased new windows for our home extension. Good quality frames. Very happy with the frame colour and closing mechanisms. Took some weeks to get the windows made and installed, but this was to be expected in the current construction climate, and Arco was clear to us about it from the start. After install it turned out that the double glass panels had not been cleaned properly in between the panels during the production panels. We sent photos of this to Arco. They immediately took action and replaced the windows at no costs. Excellent service of all staff involved. Would recommend this company.
We absolutely love our new Arco windows and doors. It’s been such an amazing upgrade to our home. Arco were a pleasure to deal with from the beginning to the end. From the beginning, Michelle was a great help when we were trying to choose the best style for our home and went out of her way to ensure we knew exactly what we were getting. The installation crew Kayne and Sean were a pleasure to have working around the home and were always careful and respectful of our property. Great quality windows and doors. Exactly as the salesman described. Keeps the noise and heat out. The salesman Mark Baugh wasn't pushy or persuasive like other companies. The quality on display in the Bibra Lake showroom is definitely outstanding. The installation is faultless and my house is transformed. Very happy customer.
I am absolutely delighted with the doors and windows. They have improved the use and comfort of this house immensely! Honestly, I don't know why I waited so long to get them. The whole process was so easy as well. From the first sales guy, Mark and as the order progressed I got all the updates, and the installer was fantastic. I couldn't be happier!
The people at Arco were really great. They were on time and kept all the appointments and did a fantastic job replacing my sliding doors. I noticed the noise difference immediately. Very happy with the new doors and with the great job.
