I'm sure Mel is a lovely person who helps people gain clarity and comfort in times of grief, however I did not witness any kind of psychic ability from her during my reading. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I'd hope to prevent someone else from the same sort of disappointing experience that I had. The reading took place in my home and I was careful to remove anything from sight that might influence the reading before Mel arrived. As such, much of the reading focused on the reasons why my house was "too neat" -- I think if Mel had seen into my bedroom where I'd dumped all my stuff, the reading would have been very different! At the beginning of the reading, Mel had me select a card with a message from an angel, and because I didn't ask a specific question, she kept returning to the message on the card, but I'd actually chosen it arbitrarily because neither of the messages seemed to apply to me (I chose angel Ariel because of The Little Mermaid). Literally everything Mel said during the reading was inaccurate. She told me I wasn't in touch with my creative side -- I write books for a living. She said I need to do something physical like abseiling/martial arts, however I have a physical disability that isn't immediately apparent when meeting me but makes that kind of activity impossible. If she'd actually been trying to give the most inaccurate reading ever, it would have been impressive. Mel asked a lot of leading questions and when she got no response from me, she became quite overbearing, asking questions and making observations that were increasingly offensive as if to elicit a response to work from. She made comments on my home and personal appearance that I found inappropriate. I am not a cynical person and I had high hopes for this reading but Mel never came close to touching on the reason I had for it. After the reading, I was quite upset, not only at the complete waste of time and money but at having such negative energy in my home.

I've been seeing Mel for two and a half years now and am quite taken by her accuracy, clarity and ability to help even in the most dire situations. She has helped me find direction in life like I never would have believed I'd be able to ahieve on my own. She answers my questions to the best of her ability and then always let's me know what I need to get moving forward with in each direction of my life. I truly appreciate each session that I have with her. Thanks!

I have been to many readers over the years. In general, I do not expect much and see each session more as a chat and sometimes one which could give insight to my current circumstances. I was disappointed with Mel given her relatively good ratings (which I understand can be biased and rigged). I would say this is my worst experience and when I walked away, I thought I should not visit anyone random (googled off the web again). She was not able to connect at all with my concerns and in fact did not ask about what I wanted to find out more of. Instead, she stereotyped me (I am a foreigner) - assumed that I was a student (I wasn't and I just looked young) and rattled off from there. She thought I would have concerns similar to other students. She also had a probing (almost rude and offensive) style in which she makes certain observations about you - which are judgmental and not true - and then ask if you agree with her. She expects you to say yes. It is as if she is on an ego trip. Frankly, she doesn't have the right energy to be a healer and I am writing this review now a few months away as I think people should know. I would suggest you either do your own healing (ie, through yoga, meditation or other avenues) or go to a better reader.

This was one of the worst readings I have ever had!!! No wonder why she takes your money to begin with because if she took the money at the end there would be no way I would have given it to her. She didn’t use any cards or provide any insight in the future or my current life. I would highly recommend finding someone else because she just wants your money! She is not only weird but doesn’t even care! Don’t know how she can run a business like that!
