Really enjoy my time here last night. Would give it 9/10. Games were really fun, enjoyed our food and drinks comprising of two pizzas, one Popcorn cocktail, corn ribs, chicken pieces and nachos. Service was very friendly and helpful. The games were fun, although there were a handful that were out of service or had errors. Love the location, easy parking. The only thing to improve is prob they only had one chef in the kitchen, so it did take time for the food to come out. Nonetheless, Archie Bros will be a regular hangout for us and will definitely be back soon!
Went in the first week of the school holidays. Even though it was busy it was a great experience.! The arcade is packed with fun things to do. We played the games and the mini golf which was fantastic. There is a spacious area to have food and drinks and a super friendly and awesome team member named Will who gave great service making us feel really welcome. You’re a champ man, thanks for the little chat and your humour is amazing. Overall a great experience and we will come again for bowling. Fun times!
Very bad experience with the overall party arrangements.nnThey did not provide a room or table when we arrived. The kids were allowed to play first, and only during food/cake-cutting time did they give us a room — which was extremely inconvenient for setting up decorations like balloons return gifts etc.nAdults who accompanied should just walk around as there will not be any room. If you insist and if it is not very crowded they will eventually block a table for you but by the time party would have reached half time.nnThe party host was not helpful at all. They did not assist with any games, activities, or briefing for the kids. It was very difficult to keep track of both kids and guests. This venue is especially unsuitable for 5–7-year-olds — the experience was very stressful for parents. There was a magic show that they did do well which was the only good thing.nnUnlike other party centers, the hosts here did not provide any support. It was even hard to locate our host — each time we needed something, we had to go to the reception staff and ask them to call the host. Terrible experience overall with the hosting.nI once asked the host to help with the cake-cutting, which I later regretted. It seemed like she was doing it for the first time — honestly, my 5-year-old could have done a better job.nnThere were no bins inside the room, and they didn’t provide enough napkins unless we specifically asked they will not provide plates for adults unless you ask even though you have ordered food for adults. I ordered nachos which they served with no plates no thongs no napkins. So i had to get hosts which kept guests waiting to eat .The tables were not cleaned on time; again, we had to go out and call the host through reception, which was frustrating. They also didn’t provide water unless requested. I had went out looking for hosts a minimum of 8-10 times .nI would never recommend this place for birthday parties. If I have an option to rate 0 I would havendone that. It spoiled our day. Messiest birthday party ever. It spoiled our beautiful girls birthday.
Awesome place, had real fun. So many different activities. Recommend weekdays as quieter. Staff were so helpful and particular thanks to Tilly who was awesome. We had Chicken Burger and Cheeseburger with fries which were both acceptable. Small issue with right side lane in the bowling Alley which swerves to left and right so hopefully they will fix that as it made it very frustrating for kids. Overall really great time but not cheap if you spend all day.
Excellent service.nAn awesome place to celebrate children's birthdays.
