Got a compressor fitted on 31st of December last year. Didn't have the correct switch so waiting for one to be ordered. Hadn't heard anything from arb so contacted them and they rang me back and said they'd order a new one and they'll be in touch. Still haven't heard anything from them. Doesn't take 2 months to get a switch landed I'm sure. The compressor itself is awesome but their service is atrocious. Still waiting‍
Not the best customer experience considering the large sums of money to fit ARB accessories. Management are lazy and without any enthusiasm whatsoever! I had to chase these guys every step of the way. Continual delays with the last milestone set for an additional 4 months after the original 3 month wait. It was only when I requested a refund of my deposit, the parts required were suddenly available. Then after the parts were fitted I discovered the wheel alignment was off and required another alignment that was an additional $120. I contacted management and again, they never got back to me! Don't get your ARB mods at this location, management just don't care!!!nARB parts are good but let down by the management!
I've been a long term customer of ARB for probably 30 years. If you want cheap gear, don't go to ARB, go online. If you want top quality, this is the place to go. Just remember, the poor man always buys twice. Only ever had one problem with a Redarc relay; it was replaced on the spot free of charge, no question. I highly recommend ARB Toowoomba and I will continue to get my 4x4 kitted up there.
Decent store to buy products, but would be careful on getting things fitted there. I've had 2 poor experiences there now and won't have anymore installs done there. I had specific instructions on what I wanted done to my vehicle that was all written down by the team member I was dealing with, only to have the tech do something completely different when I picked the vehicle up. Very annoying and now left woth a product I didn't want.
