My husband went in today all the staff on the floor ingnored him so he left. Not sure why ARB pays these staff to stand around and do nothing. Poor service. FYI you lost a good sale because my husband buys the best of the best and doesn't care about price.
Andrew has good old fashioned customer service. Very responsive and helpful with ordering parts and how to go about installing. Highly recommends this ARB store.
Im extremely disappointed by the job they did installing a long range tank, I dropped off the car first thing in the morning and got told it would be ready for a 2 o’clock pick up, got a call around 4 that they would need it for another day as they were having trouble with the installation, on the Toyota app which shows the cars location, it hadn’t moved all day. The car moved into the workshop at 4 and was moved out the following morning at 8:30, clearly they rushed the installation, I received a call to pick it up at 12:30.n4 weeks later in WA on the first real corrugated road the car started throwing fault codes, 4 in fact which is quite disheartening when your in a remote location, the reason was when they installed the long range tank they ran the main wiring loom to the rear of the vehicle in between the chassis and the fuel tank, the main wiring loom was then crushed between the chassis and the tank.nHaving put up with fault codes being thrown when ever the car hit bumps or was on a dirt road, time and money spent trying to have the problem diagnosed, I finally got the problem resolved and patched up by ARB in Darwin 3 months later, i never received any communication from ARB Somerton, which is very poor on their behalf, i wouldn’t recommend ARB or use ARB products again.
I have just fitted ARB roof rack rollers to my ARB canopy with tradesman roof rack, on my 1998 Toyota hilux 4x4 and it fits perfectly.nnThe staff were very friendly and happy to order the roof roller with out any payment because I wasn't 100% sure they would work on my ute, because I had previously tried ordering the same parts at a different ARB who refused to order it or let me try on my ute because they told me it wouldn't fit which I know now was a load of rubbish.nnIt did take a little while to come in because it was out of stock and with Covid, everyone is having supplying problems.nnI do not remember the name of the nice staff member who helped me out but if you read this I would like to say thank you very much for your help.
Staff were a great help, and a wealth of knowledge. Dropped my car off at 9AM to have the bullbar replaced, told it should be ready by 5PM. Received the phone call at 12:30 to say it was ready to be picked up, meaning I was back on the road quickly. Very happy with my experience.
