5 stars for the food though! Excellent quality and taste, it's no wonder it seems so popular. I had the lamb kofte, instead of my usual chicken shish and was glad I tried it. Only 4 instead of 5 stars as the eat-in experience was blunted by only having a flimsy plastic fork to eat with. But 5 stars for the food.
Probably the best Kebab shop in the south. Lamb or chicken, both are very tasty. I go for the donner wraps which comes in 2 sizes, regular or large. The chilli sauce is a must. It's quite busy so you might have to wait a few minutes to be served. The guys there are brilliant.Food: 5/5
Stranded in London for "severe weather condition", luckily found an hotel in Gatwick, but once there i found kitchen already closed. An extremely friendly receptionist calls for me this which should have been one of the best kebabs in town. I give my card details and I am told that the payment is declined. After having argued with the receptionist, for trivial reasons, I am suggested to try and call the other branch of the same chain. Payment doesn't work so the receptionist uses his card and I pay him cash. I check my bank app and notice that the money has been withdraw from the first fast food, who said payment refused and argue for that! I call back to make sure I get refunded and beside apologies to the previous mentioned situation, I am re-assured that the money will be refunded. It's been now 10 days and the money hasn't been refunded. Thieves, rude and incompetent. STAY AWAY !!! To the fast food responsible: please provide as soon as possible before I will proceeds through legal actions
Good shah kebab restaurant, and their mixed grill may also be the most affordable one in Crawley.
Food tasty but never enough portions, and very pricey, need to up their game if they can keep up with other shop in town

The worst ever : I called today to order food for delivery but the guy who picked the phone could not speak English very well and he just rejected to take my order and hang up on me. Very disappointing I just called the Turkish shops next to them and made my Oder fine. Not recommended to order by phone.
