I had a procedure on my back on 25/06/2026 I was greeted so warmly from the moment I walked in first by Jaime and Ricky then Tracey. Neil and Henri the anethatists were fantastic the surgery nurses were lovely sorry I don't remember all your names but one I remember calling dimples as she had the most beautiful face with a dimple. I am truly grateful to you all for your kindness and last but not least Dr Kiran Tippur my surgeon. The hospital was so clean and fresh. Thank you again.

A big Thank you to the Ararat Doctors and nurses who assisted with our daughter’s ENT surgery. Dr Neil and Dr Niall were both wonderful to have ‘hold our, and our daughters hands’ through our first hospital experience. Thank you all for your care.

Thanks to Dr Wong, Craig the radiographer and all the truly amazing nurses who took care of me this afternoon. Your kindness, professionalism and care were second to none! I’m just a traveler passing through and I couldn’t have been in better hands. Thank you all

Staff are hopeless in the urgent care area and not enough Doctors especially for evenings absolutely terrible. It’s a disgrace. I have major severe pain and they sent me home with nothing. They were so rude especially the older nurses. The female nurses are definitely don’t recommend a place go to Stawell or Ballarat. They are friendliest. Ararat NOT FRIENDLY

Admitted to emergency on 9 June 2026 around 8pm, the help and services provided were beyond expectations. You guys saved my life and I am so thankful and greatful.
