Very quick service. Friendly and helpful staff. Tasty pork roasts. Good sized portions. Roast could be served at a hotter temperature.
Great experience. Most meals came out almost instantaneously, however slight delay with 2. Staff were excellent in following-up and offered us a round of free drinks to compensate not necessary but greatly appreciated. Bar prices were also good, 2 of us joined and will certainly be back.
What an enjoyable evening. Dinner was served very quickly and the meal was amazing. Extremely good value. We then attended an event upstairs and my only disappointment was I couldn't buy the same drink as I was getting in the downstairs bar. But very friendly and helpful staff from the restaurant to the bar to the front desk.
I met up with a friend to have lunch. We went to the renovated Cafe and enjoyed the very pleasant ambience. The menu has a great selection of dishes - I recommend the Salt and Pepper Squid. There was a good choice of light meals in the counter cabinet along with desserts and snacks. The coffee is great too. The Service is excellent. My friend and I were delightfully surprised when we and all the other ladies in the Club at the time were given a beautiful long-stemmed rose because it was Valentine's Day! It was a very thoughtful and generous gesture on the part of the Club. Thank you very much, Arana Leagues Club! Greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a most enjoyable time and excellent food. I highly recommend the Arana Leagues Club Cafe.
Thank you for a lovely dinner. The roast pork literally melted in my mouth. My friend really enjoyed his rump steak. Such a convenient, lovely club. Just one word of advice. Heating the plates keeps the food warmer for longer, especially in this cooler weather.
Our family looks forward to our weekly visit. The staff are so friendly and the food is always delicious. The restaurant manager Tania always goes above and beyond to make sure we have a great customer experience. The kids club is amazing and our boys adore the staff that work there.
Was at Arana Leagues Club on a Saturday evening for charity bingo. On arrival the staff were amazingly friendly. Great service in the Sports bar where we had pre-bingo drinks. The evening was fabulous and the service was fantastic. It was no trouble to deliver our food upstairs in time for Bingo! A great venue.
The club itself has a nice atmosphere and family friendly. The food at the bistro though, is subpar. I have been twice for birthday dinners and both times have had an issue with my meal. The house made pie had an overpowering rosemary/herb taste and drowned out the beef. The seafood basket was over cooked it dried the calamari and prawns out I couldn't finish it. I think for the price point the quality could be better. The chips and mash potato however, are good.
Thursday night was an interesting evening. After ordering our meals for 7 people well in advance, then after waiting for up to an hour we were wondering why people that had just ordered, were getting their meals before us. We had been totally forgotten until we approached the Supervisor who investigated & found that our table had already been called away. After many years of dining at the club, this is the 1st time this has ever happened. Luckily the night was saved with a complimentary bottle of champagne.
Arana Leagues Club is an Excellent "Family friendly" Community based Leagues club located at 247 Dawson Parade, Arana Hills. This club has one of the best facilitated local junior league football grounds McKell Oval on the North side of Brisbane. West Arana has been a long term Junior Rugby League development club which has produced many talented players over the years. A large number of juniors have gone through the age groups to progress to senior levels of Rugby League Excellent parking is available in & around the Arana Hills Leagues Club premises. Parking is also available directly across the road from the Leagues Club in the Grovely Primary School precinct. There is a user friendly drop off point at the main entrance to this club. The Arana Hills Leagues Club is a great place to be able to relax & enjoy a meal,there is an excellent menu selection available which suits all dietary requirements. Fantastic bar facilities are available, catering for a large range of craft beers & other assortment of beer on tap. A wonderful range of wines & spirits are also available. Arana Hills Leagues Club is renowned for providing quality live entertainment with artists providing a wide range of music. Having an excellent Kids club is an added bonus. I always bring my visitors from various parts of Australia to share the hospitality. Keep up the great work. I have always found the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome, nothing is too much trouble. Covid-19 restrictions have now been removed from the Arana Hills Leagues Club. Hand sanitising is still available & it is still advisable to keep Covid-19 in mind. Arana Hills Leagues Club provides a free bus service, prior bookings are required for pick up/ drop off from your home address. Currently the Arana Hills Leagues Club is undergoing some significant improvements in the Gaming & Restaurant area's, this will make for a much needed change for members & visitors to the club.
