Aramax sent my parcel out for delivery with an illegible address, then informed me by text they couldn't deliver it and would charge me $5.50 for re-delivery. Why not text me first to ascertain the address BEFORE sending it out ?Why was it sent out for delivery with no proper address in the first place ? This resulted in my having to contact Aramax and the seller to fix this, which resulted in delay in delivery. Not a good service - much prefer Aust Post.
I've found my experiences with Amarex maddening. They say they don't deliver to my area , but will only deliver Amazon packages. Doesn't make sense. Fact is they have delivered packages that weren't from Amazon. Some they do others they don't. It's confusing and I can't speak to anyone but an overseas call service that don't listen at all , just rattle of a rehearsed speal. Last package they did deliver was an electric light left leaning on a post out front of the driveway in the rain. Box got wet, luckily not ruining the light. I've had packages sent back to sender...no communication with me. Now again today I have to drive for an hour to pick up a package again from the depot . So over them. If I have a choice of couriers Amarex would be the last one I'd pick.
Worst courier service ever. Received notification before 8.30 am the package would be delivered today and they add in that if they cant find a safe place to leave it, the item will be taken back to the courier office 1/2hr away. So waited around as they dont come in through the gate even though they know there's no dog here. Still hasn't arrived. Aramex, your attitude of expecting package receivers wait around all day is not acceptable. It's free to send sms messages to notify of deliveries, yet you choose to make people wait around all day. edit Received the same email notification today, 24hrs later lol. If the same happens to you, the Commonwealth Ombudsman is the place to send a complaint to. False information that causes loss of your time and money needs to be reported, or Aramex will continue to get away with it. Oh, and dont bother calling the google mobile number for the Maryborough Depot it's a call center in India with rude staff.
two parcel deliveries were left on my patio clearly visible to people to see. i was home both times and they didnt bother to knock/ring the door bell. will complain officially to them and to the sender. NOT GOOD ENUFF!!!!!
Gordon the delivery driver and Vanesca in the office at Maryborough Qld have been absolutely amazing. I had so much trouble trying to organise an online pick up / delivery. I rang the office in Maryborough and they sorted everything out perfectly. I highly recommend these people for your delivery needs.
