I’m like most people after the tracking not updating for a week I start panicking and search the review on Aramex, and yes the review it’s horrible so I worried even more thinking it won’t be delivered on time or worse. BUT MIRACLE Happens, the tracking updated on the last estimated date and the tracking actually legit on my end, the driver delivered my parcel and leave it at the door instead of putting the slip there like many people experienced. 1 star less just for the improvement on the tracking. Hope miracle happens to you too.
Driver did not follow instructions to leave the parcel.nThey also did not try to contact me on my mobile phone. Instead they just left a calling card. This happened twice and then they wanted me to pay for redelivery. Their website was also not working for me to arrange redelivery. I emailed them to complain. They said I had to pay for redelivery. In my fury, I told them to send it back to the sender. After calming down less than an hour, I emailed them back with an apology and said I would pay. They gave me a link to arrange redelivery. I waited a week and after no information, I checked the tracking history to find out that it had indeed been sent back to the sender.nnAvoid Aramex At All Cost!
No communication from Courier as to delivery of my parcel ie date and time frame. A card was left in my letterbox saying the Courier tried to deliver. Well he/she didn’t try to hard because we were home. Yes, we have a gate across property but always have it open when parcels are expected. Then I tried calling the depot - could not understand the woman on the phone. She had a very thick Indian accent and spoke very quickly. So now I have no idea if or when my parcel will be delivered. I expect it will probably go back to the company I purchased from.nWill make sure that any future buys do not use this Courier service.
My parcel was never delivered. MY provider had dispatched only 2 days after purchase. ARAMEX made it now over 30 days my order is missing.nWhen chasing around from my provider, Aramex expected me to pick up a furniture from them so save their jobs. Wow how ridiculous. When you purchased a delivery but you had to pick up a FURNITURE. USELESS COMPANY FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE NEVER NEVER EXPERIENCED IT BEFORE. AMAZING KEEP GOING YOUR GREAT WORK
Terrible Delivery Driver. Didn't knock or ring the doorbell even when the main door was open. Left immediately with the parcel and asked to reschedule or pick up. Email stated there was a calling card left, there wasn't. My delivery instructions of taking it to the nearest post office in case it wasn't delivered wasn't followed. They are taking the package back to their depot.nnSafe to say I would not recommend Aramex to anyone, very unreliable and unpleasant experience.
