Reviews
Quality materials and workmanship. However they do not listen or communicate well with the customer! Once the fence was up they did not want to help any further with requirements for certification. The whole certification process was never explained and once they were paid did not care what happened next. Tried to fob us off with a stat dec saying it was built to code. This is not accepted by the building branch. Never provided any advice on what we needed to do to fix it. Kept on saying that they are not the builder and therefore not their responsibility. We are not builders!! So who built the fence?? They did?!? We are just your average Joes who wanted a pool fence built. Will never use them again nor refer anyone else to them.
