We are swimming with Aquatic Achiervers Paddington for so many number of years but one that made me write reviews of 5is the coach there name “Alex” he was teaching my daughter when she was about 4 years old now she 9 he still remembers her and most of all he took care of all children in class very well. Very well done Alex! You deserve the best
My two boys have been swimming weekly at this centre since they were 4 months old, and the centre is excellent for learning swimming.
We were so impressed for the 16months my daughter went here. Awesome teachers, fantastic and welcoming admin staff. There wasn’t a lesson my daughter didn’t look forward to. Special props to James who really pushed her to have the confidence in the water she needed. Highly recommend
This swimming school has a good program structure. The kids enjoy the classes most of the time. However, they only allow 6 make-up lessons per year. This is a downside for us since we do travel a lot throughout school holidays or kids get sick a lot during winter time.
My boys have been training here for ~18mths and while there’s great potential in this business and we’ve had many good experiences, regrettably it is inconsistency that lets it down.nnThe difference between a good experience and a bad experience here is huge, and that comes down to; firstly, customer service, and; secondly, quality of coaching.nnThe facilities and amenities are very good, the location is convenient, and the skill progression program has been effective, too. As a side note I do personally feel that the ratio of student to teacher is too high in some busier classes for the higher grades where I’d argue the kids still need focussed stroke development. Sometimes there’ll be 1 coach to 2 lanes and 12+ kids. A child can’t learn butterfly by guessing on their own for a few laps each week.nnCustomer service is so hit and miss. There are some lovely people on the front desk who have been wonderful to deal with, and then there’s some serious attitude and absentmindedness that really irks me. It remains bizarre to me how making someone feel like an inconvenience when they give you money for something is a solid business plan.nnWe’ve had GREAT experiences with Ethan and Charlie and their coaching - I highly recommend them and they’re basically the whole reason my boys are still there.
