Once a great place for families and children, this facility is now falling apart, and the service has become quite poor. When you walk up to the counter, staff are often chatting among themselves with no urgency to serve customers or even get you a ticket.nI also have a couple of other major issues with this place. While they have multiple separate male and female showers and change rooms, a venue of this size has only two family change/shower rooms. As a result, there is almost always a long line, which is extremely inconvenient for families with young children.nAnother frustrating point is that the centre has signs everywhere instructing parents to keep children within arm’s reach, yet they charge a $3 spectator fee for adults to do exactly that. Why not include young children under 5 or under 10, at least allow one adult free entry with a child, like most play centres and family activity venues do?
Disgusting, dirty Water bubbler filled with moulds!!! Very unhygienic to drink Water from it!! They do not clean it, This is could be a serious health concern!! How come no one is reporting it??
Entry cost is high due to the water slides but only 1 inflatable for the big slide was in use. Even though the queue was short it moved so slow! Only went on it oncennFor this price they should repair their other inflatables or buy new ones

Started sending our daughter to swimming lessons and we couldn’t be happier. As a shy girl, her teacher Daanika is absolutely amazing and we are shocked with how quickly she is developing. Have had replacement teachers who are lovely, but not the same.nnHighly recommend. I am also a member of the gym and the classes are great, facilities are perfectly fine.
