The hydro pool is one of the best I've been in and the staff are all helpful. Hark back to the Saturday that got to 44°, I and a friend took 3 children under 10. The whole place was filled to the gunwales and there was a queue outside, but despite this, there was no drama, and the staff pulled together as an incredible team. On a different not though, you might like to check out t he family/disabled change rooms; they are poorly designed and are already developing rust on the equipment.

Been going here since it first opened. So much better since the renovations. Water slides are awesome. Staff also amazing. The only thing I can fault is it’s a bit pricey, but aware this is probably due to all the upgrades. I like that the price includes water slide tho.

Yuck yuck yuck! Upon first entering I had to double check what I was seeing. Fully clothed people in the swimming pools. What the?!? Clearly hygiene not a priority in this place but a lot of political correctness (“no we don’t tell people to put swimmers on) and it was therefore unsurprising that the most populated area (kids pool) had murky water. I was assured by a lifeguard that although admittedly it was filthy there was enough chlorine in it. Wasn’t convinced on that one! Looked like a breeding ground for diseases. Took the kids out got a refund and went home to shower. Never again!

I was a member for last whole year, Both gym and AquaPulse are very good ,water slide is great. However, the warm pool is for children who are under 2 years old only but they don't a have sign at all. So while I took my 3 years boy to swim in warm pool, there were 2 staffs came to me and said I had to remove from warm pool ,because that pool for children under 2 year old. But how did I know that if they don't put a sign there ? This maybe can be improved. Thank you

Reasonably nice place to visit. Great pools. Has several options. Price is a bit expensive and place is packed.
