This place is great. Got lots of facilities at affordable prices. Only thing I found with the basketball court was that it is very stuffy and not great air circulation.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the care and assistance Alanna provided me with when I registered as a member at Aqualink Box Hill.nnFrom the moment I entered, Alanna was extremely professional and attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable and helping me complete the registration process. After completing the registration, Alanna took me on a tour of the entire facility, carefully explaining the purpose of each room, showing me the private lockers and public facilities, and providing me with a course schedule and an introduction to the venue. Also, I received my exclusive key and user information for website login.nnThroughout this process, Alanna were very professional, friendly, and helpful. Alanna’s care and assistance made me feel very happy and warm. I sincerely appreciate everything Alanna have done.

The facilities are good, but I found almost half of the lockers for swimming pool is not really working. And female showing rooms, im not sure how often it is been cleaned, every single time I go there, there's always bunch of hair on the floor. And there black mould spot on the shower room panels.

Overall it's good, the only two issues I found were:n1. It got really hot in the gymnasium.  There's poor heat management there.n2.  In the swimming pools, there were families saving the very limited changing cubicles, by dropping all their items in there and then use the showers opposite to it.  While in the mean time, people could have used the cubicles. That is very inconsiderable and I understand it's not directly the centre's fault,  they should think of something signs? To stop people from doing that.

There are two small function rooms by the pool. I would say it is a great place for children’s birthday party if your kids and their friends love swimming.
