Very unprofessional and poor services mainly from their subcontractors. They ask me for full payment even before completing the job, which I did. When I gave my full payment and that's the start of my family's misery! Lots of alibis, lots of cancellations and re-scheduling, telling me that they have other jobs to attend to. But they got already my money for full payment of their services! Lessons learned from this: Don't trust Aqua Technic. Be very careful in giving full payment immediately. Look for others that can provide better services.

Wrong coloured pool installed, no apology given, even attempted to throw it back at us. Saying that getting the right coloured pool is our compensation, that does NOT constitute compensation by the way. It is simply what we paid for and what we are legally entitled to. Due to their incompetence other trades that were to start after them were also delayed (at my cost). Plumbing they installed needed altering as there was a leak and the positioning was incorrect, electrical work needed as the cord did not reach the powerpoint (their electrician). You would think the trades have never worked together the way this was going. Pool had a clean and a second was needed, their pool boy suggested it get done after our aggregate was done. Pool boy arrives, spends a little time and leaves. A week later another pool boy arrives and cleans for a period of time leaving a few big scratches as there was debris in the pool. AT supervisor advised it was considered a "complimentary clean and that these things happen". Also that if we wanted someone to come have a look we would need to pay a callout fee!?!?!?! 2 months of pain and heartache, awful experience. I have had to pay a professional to fix the scratches and clean the pool, leaving me a further 600 out of pocket. Gone are the days where AT use to be reliable in my opinion. I know plenty of family and friends who have used AT but it seems you have dropped the ball AT. Forget about call backs or decent customer service. A call back to tell me you do not know when my pool can be cleaned or when you will know is a call wasted. One would think that a big company, such as AT, would be willing to mend things with their client in order to save some dignity but care factor seems to be 0 across the board! Perhaps you are doing too well to care? Careful signing up as once it is inked and your hard earned cash is with them things change. I just hope the pool shell doesnt disintegrate now and that the quality of the product is not compromised. Sent for your reading pleasure of my displeasure.
