Really great service this morning. I live in the area And was always going to go into the shop to get some later than never did, silly me. I should’ve done it ages ago very happy with my purchase thank you.
We were recommended this store by a fellow swimmer. We had the most wonderful service in store by Sal. Sal went above and beyond to find swimsuits to fulfil our needs, she had so much knowledge on the different styles and on the fit. She was so patient & kind We will be back!
Would never shop here again. I had to pay for a wetsuit so they could get it in the store. When I went to pick it up, it was pressured sales people that tried to fit me in a wetsuit that was clearly too big and then tried to sell me the more expensive model that also wasn’t in stock. Requested a refund and continuously received long winded responses that it had been processed been when it hadn’t. Only received confirmation and the money after I took steps to dispute the transaction with my bank. Not too busy to take the money but way too busy to process a refund.

Such a great shop with super helpful staff and great products. The lady in the shop helped me fit my swimsuit and it's the perfect size and style for my training. Will never go back to the big chain store again.
There service was amazing and they helped get the perfect fit for a new pair of racing bathers. They taught me how to put on my tight racing bathers on and how to care for them after use. I think the people were very useful and helpful. Would highly recommend and have recommended to my friends.
Fantastic service. I walked in not knowing what fins I should be getting and I was fitted and taken through the different types. Very knowledgeable about the products they are selling. I was even fitted perfectly for a swim suit I needed, not knowing the size I should be getting. I highly recommend this shop. They are experts
Ordered in a specific pair of bathers with this place the man who spent an hour helping me find the perfect pair was great. These bathers are low in stock all the time and hard to get. Got a phone call a few days later to come into the shop and pick them up, i came in 3 days later on my day off today to find that the lady was sorry to say she sold them on me. Specifically ordered in for me. Didn't have the decency to call me again when she was deciding to sell them to someone else. Extremely annoyed. Never going there again and will tell my friends to avoid. Good work love. You got your sale regardless.
Great, if you're into women's swimwear, I can't comment on this business, simply because i haven't been there before.
