My experience with Aqua Financial Services has been very disappointing to say the least. 

Both Nadia, and director Daniel are unethical, unprofessional and they do not follow up on their commitment to provide their promised customer service. Integrity does not exist in this organisation.

Nadia's lack of experience in the investing industry has reflected on the loan products she recommended. 
As a result, i have 4 loans i cannot make additional payments on, and if i do, i am penalized (this was never explained to me). Another consequence after believing in Nadia's advise is that i have two investment properties i cannot claim the full interest charge to maximize my negative gearing. I also incurred an additional 28% in solictors fees because of her inability to follow up on procedures or respond to emails and phone calls. Both my solictor and i are shocked that she has any clients.

The business priority is only about the commission they can make from the bank, not what the customer needs.

Highly recommend this place. We have been dealing with Vicky since day 1. Every step of the way, she gave us the best advice and guidance. Vicky is very efficient and such a lovely person. Her time is very well much appreciated.

David from Aqua is the absolute best broker you could possibly hope to encounter. Do yourself a favour and speak with him before you talk to your bank. He negotiates the rates better than anyone and can mange the trickiest of situations
