Been there twice, general impression is this business is serious about car wash, willing to put extra effort for the same price. Once paid for an auto wash, manager came to wipe out residual water for free. 
Nice coffee by the way.

I got a handwash and they were extremely thorough. They checked with me at the end to make sure I was happy with it. Excellent Chai latte. I will be back. Thank you!

piss poor effort from what iv seen would not recommend to anyone a 5 year old could do better, car wasn't even cleaned just looks like it was hit with a hose and shammy
