I've never been to such a bad car wash, I thought the car wash was about the same so I picked the nearest one to me, this car wash sucks, I spent 30 yuan to use the self-service car wash, but the effect of the car wash is just a joke. The car was full of water stains, and it was not washed at all, and the effect of this cleaning was not as good as a heavy rain

Aqua wash did a great, quick and affordable hand wash. I occasionally use the self wash which is also good, but had the team take care of it for me while I was up the road. Came back to my car looking brilliant.

Went there to vacuum my car never again the most worst place to go and found the parking bay had heaps of rubbish on the ground due to there attempt of a little office type of rubbish bin, if they are making money they definitely can afford big proper bins I want to rate it no star

i have been there to do Antibacterial treatment of my car AC unit. but they haven't do it properly and they charged me 30$ of it. only for a few minutes he took and he sprayed some spray in my car and asked me to close all Windows for a while and then he said is done. i asked them about it but his answer was not fair enough to accept. i did what he said but next day I'm having the same issue. so that i feel it's not for the money that i spend. Thanks

Pathetic customer service since the change of ownership. We had to remind the attendant that during staffed hours he needed to do a wheel clean and a pre wash. He was expecting to get away with the machine doing it, in the hopes we wouldn’t realise. Lazy and cunning. He didn’t even dry the car for us which is included in the service we paid for.   Go to hoppys or karcher down the road!

Reasonably priced, initially not very welcoming staff but changed during the process ending with friendly atmosphere.  Great job on the car; nicely cleaned both inside and out, including tires. Lots of options to suit different budgets. As an overseas visitor to the area, very satisfied.

This car wash had always been my go to car wash to get it professionally cleaned, I've been going to the same place to get my car cleaned for the past 2 years & so have all my family relatives but some how today was different! Not the same people that are usually there when came but the workers that now work there charged me $130 for one of their packages but I asked for the $80 package and they're excuse for it was your car is very dirty! I told him that it's not that dirty and he kept pushing it, couldn't I just get a package that I ask for! I ended up getting the $130 package and still wasn't cleaned for the price that it was worth, the exterior still had dirt marks on the bonnet and the the interior had dust on the dash board and the windscreen had smudges on it and wasn't cleaned properly! It was all done half heartedly and not happy that I had to spend so much money for such a poorly done job, I definitely wasn't a happy customer and wouldn't be returning anymore if the same people that served me today is still there! Don't recommend this place at all...

I’m pretty sure their card payment is a scam. They don’t let you pay by coin, only card and all the coin slots are taped up. It says a compulsory $5 is to be spent and then you have to press “stop” on the machine when you’re done but there is no stop button. Then the attendant said it will charge you $15.40 but credit the machine $5 and you $10 if you press stop in time - WHAT?!?! Scam alert - I couldn’t drive out of the place fast enough

Wanted me to use my credit card for a self serve wash but don't forget to push "STOP" when I'm finished. Lovely safe insulation tape on on the card facility too. No thanks
