I've had one dealing with them for a plumbing issue that wasn't even mine and they never had the courtesy of informing me that the issue had been rectified, therefore I no longer needed to wait for some idiot to show himself. An unsolicited phone call one afternoon, (how the hell they got my number is anyone's guess), resulted in them wanting to come to my apartment "some time" the following morning to check the pipes and investigate the apparent source of a leak. It seems that they managed to repair the leak from downstairs that same afternoon, but never bothered to inform me that I no longer required a visit from them. It was only after I called these morons ater waiting most of the following morning that they informed me that as they didn't have a formal booking in place, then there was never going to be anyone coming hence I'm waiting around for someone who's never going to show. I didn't call them, they called me. This was all perpetrated by them, and yet it's somehow my fault for not realising that that an appointment was never formally booked. WELL GET STUFFED! I wouldn't use these turkeys if my apartment was drowning in sewage!
