To be honest, at one stage I thought my application would never be approved, took over 7 months to finalise the paperwork. I had to resend everything in as my original certifier had left and had not saved anything...constant follow ups however I got the impression that there were not enough staff to cover the workload. The only reason I gave two stars is due to Kay who pushed it through for me!

Lost my shed plans in one day after I dropped them off and never got all the original ones back. Now have to order new ones from the manufacturer at a loss of $300 at my expense

well i cant complain about the service , they have been very patient and understanding in every aspect of the application to build

This was the first time I have engaged them to do work for me and will be the last. I constantly had to resend in paperwork as they would lose copies. I was also billed twice for invoices and had to tell them multiple times the date they were paid - the internet transfer had the invoice number listed on in. The worst part is that the only reason I employed them in the first place is that Gary had told me that the house would be certified as a 1b dwelling but when the final paperwork came through it was a 1a, as all the work had already been done I have now had to go back and change things and employ another company to recertification. This is costing me about $6000. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT.
