Be clear about what you want to buy here. I purchased a fridge instore. The next day I was told, over the phone, the fridge I'd purchased had something missing, so they were going to replace it with a same model like they had my best interest at heart. However, when we later looked over the replacement fridge we found a huge scratch, the water dispenser had mould on the bottom of the water container. We felt 99.9% that it was a second-hand fridge. "Caveat Emptor. Let the Buyer Beware!"

Every time I shop here I get fantastic service and a great price. It always surprises me how this retailer can trump the big names like Noel Leeming and The Warehouse and that's why I keep going back. It's so nice to be treated like a valued customer. Full marks to the staff and management.
They didn't have the washing machine I was after when I went in. A few calls later I had my washer. Awesome effort from the staff!
Great place to shop, Dawn and the rest of the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about what they have in their store. Thank you for 2018 and may great opportunity come in 2019
