The light in my very old Samsung microwave went out and I needed a replacement. It wasn't your typical globe as it had an integrated housing so an ordinary globe was not going to cut it. I found a replacement online but that entailed a two-week wait and $10 in postage in addition to the cost of the part. Appliance parts had several in stock. Credit card payments are accepted and there is ample free parking outside.

Thanks so much to the guys down at Appliance Parts Center WA, couldn’t find a part anywhere in Australia. I was looking at replacing the whole unit oven $1250 , but the extremely helpful and very fast to respond lady, had me sorted for $70. I really appreciate your help and honesty. I highly recommend this company, and it’s nice to see old fashion values still exist.
I came here to get a part for my dryer and not only did I get the part I needed for a reasonable price but I also got excellent advice from the lady Bella I believe her name was behind the counter. She was so helpful. So now my dryer is working again and I am most pleased that I was treated like a person who is capable of fixing stuff by herself and not talked down to by some sales person who thinks otherwise. These people are the best!!!
Several companies tried to talk me out of fixing my stove. The person I spoke to here on the phone gave me confidence to fix it myself. It was a bit of a drive for me, but easy to get to and park. The service was polite and friendly. I saw my part was slightly cheaper elsewhere, but these people seemed and did know what there were talking about. That's worth a lot.
Such a helpful team here! From the initial phone call through to the visit to collect my items, they were just so helpful and professional. Courteous and friendly customer service with honest advice goes a long way. I have no hesitation in recommending this business to anyone. I'll definitely be back in the future for any other parts!

The service rendered was awesome and done in a timely manner. Got my parts for the washing machine and oven was fixed in a timely manner. The price was surprisingly the cheapest.
