We called him in to fix our fridge, he went in a couple of times but the issue remais unresolved. We have been texting and calling and leaving him messages to come back to finish the job but he never returned our calls. Unreliable and unprofessional and lacks good customer service even to return our calls and tell us what's happening.

I had a brand new fridge and changed the door from one side to the other. The freezer has now dropped and is catching on the fridge door. After numerous attempts to contact this business /person he has chosen to take my money and not come back and fix his Below standard  work. Whangarei people - avoid this guy he’s going to end up having problems with “Fair Go”

This guy is very pushy and impatient to get you make decisions. He insists on being paid in cash and is very reluctant to give receipts for any payment. He wouldn't give us a receipt on the day, saying he would post it. After several weeks and several phones calls to him, he then said he would email a receipt. Once again, nothing came through. After two months we had to really put the pressure on him before finally receiving a receipt. He included a message stating we were "very difficult customers" There was definitely something dodgy about it all.

Ameet is the best.  He is prompt, courteous and has very reasonable fees. I highly recommend him. Conway Stensness
