I don’t normally write reviews but I really felt the need to share this. I moved to this clinic under the recommendation of my sister who had a lot of good things to say about her experience here. I originally only came to have my teeth whitened but I’ve honestly never felt so taken care of at a dentist before. I’ve been through different dentists and go to a different one every time I’ve needed to go but Dr Goldie is by far the nicest and most caring dentist I’ve had. Going to the dentist is such an invasive procedure that Goldie makes the experience so much more comfortable. She is patient, you won’t feel like you’d need to rush out your session just cause they have other patients waiting, she makes you feel comfortable asking questions, the way she talks to you just puts you at ease and she even makes you comfortable in the chair with all the pillows they provide! It was hands down a game changer for me.
Dr Lyons is wonderful, caring and very knowledgeable. Every dental situation has been approached with professionalism and attention to detail.nMy family has been seeing Dr Lyons and have always had great confidence in her and her team of professionals. We consider ourselves fortunate to have such wonderful dental care.
My wife and her down syndrome brother have been patients there a number of times with the various dentists looking after them at this practice. The practice has always been outstanding with their professional service, affordable costs and they have always been exceptionally helpful if you require outside services which isn't within their expertise.nOne example is after a issue with another dentist they personally contacted a specialist dentist for a second opinion as we had tried but they just told us they were booked out for 4 months.
Been going to these guys for years, long before I can even remember. Used to see John and now I see Joanna. Super happy with the service. Yes it’s the dentist, but I’ve never been scared with them
I highly recommend this dental practice. My only regret, after living in the suburb for over 30 years, is not going here from day one!nnThe staff are unbelievably friendly in particular those in which I had dealings with - Goldie, Bahar and the receptionist - not to mention, they know exactly what they are doing when it comes to dentistry.nnKeep up the great work Appletree Dentistry - The Dream Team!!!
