James at the store was very rude and unable to help with a brand new iPhone 12 with unresponsive screen. No problem if you want to buy a new one but they won’t swap out a defective product without waiting a week for an appointment.
My experience was awesome!!!. I was only there to pick something up. They ask “ is there anything else we can help you with today” and I had plenty of questions about my laptop. They are very helpful and the queue system is very organised. They answered all my questions. Highpoint is recommendable the store is cleans and tidy.
Great people specially AKIRA. He knows his job well and is very friendly. I recommend this branch for Apple enthusiast.
Ahh.. my favourite Apple store.. don’t get me wrong the other ones are also awesome.. but this one is home to me. The crew are awesome and friendly and knowledgeable and no matter what you throw at them they will have an answer for you. Highly recommend them to everyone.
Left my laptop there overnight, only to pick it up and realise it had been completely wiped, and despite being informed that the newest software was installed, needed to complete a further 8 hour update once I opened it at home
