i AM TRYING TO PURCHASE A NEW PHONE WHICH THEY ARE HAPPY TO SELL ME BUT i CAN NOT USE A PHONE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE STORE BY PHONE EVEN THOUGH I EXPLAINED THAT I WILL BE DRIVING SOME DISTANCE TO VISIT THE STORE. Great service. Great happy team members, quick service sometimes, really busy, has security out side to get you where you need to be, they give you a mask before you walk in. Great problem solvers.

Store wasn't due to close for 15-20 minutes. Staff out the front too interested in finishing work. Refused entry to purchase an iPad and pencil when I already knew exactly what I wanted. Won't be back.
