So, long story short, I went to the Apple Store to get a battery service for my iPhone and it turned out to be a total letdown. They told me to come back before closing time, so I got there at 4:45pm. They assured me that my phone was ready and would be out in a jiffy, so I waited at a table, thinking it wouldn't take too long. But 30 minutes later, some store person asked for my name and told me they forgot to take out my phone. Are you kidding me? Meanwhile, the whole store had like 15+ staff members just hanging out and having a good time. Come on, guys! It was pretty frustrating that my phone was just sitting there while nobody seemed to care. Needless to say, I was thoroughly disappointed with the whole experience. So if you're thinking of going to this store for service, just be prepared to spend more time than you think is reasonable. Consider yourself warned
All star service from Apple last week when I picked up a new phone. Having been buying phones through Telstra for the last decade, moving to Apple was an absolute dream. The assistant set the whole phone up, transferring data and other bits and pieces. Installed the cover and glass protector I hope it works . So good. Thank you so much PS. Can’t complain about the photos the iPhone takes!!
I bought a new iPhone and they did a check in my old one offering 470 bucks to trade in. I didn’t do it same day because I wanted to pass al my info from the old phone to the new one at home. The day after I came back to trade in. They did the same check and offer only 150 saying that had some issues, to weird because the day before had nothing. So really bad experience with Apple and her staff, never anymore
From the moment you walk in the doors you’re greeted and taken care of. Walked in with a broken phone walked out with a resolution and the other recommendations to streamline and integrate all family devices. You can absolutely find someone to fix your screens slightly cheaper… but what you miss out on is the education and service that is only available at apple. I now won’t go anywhere else.
We went to the store to purchase an SE watch. Outstanding service from Angus and when we went back he and Kimberley were most helpful with the installation and set-up. Thanks for what you did to assist us.
Entered store at 4:26 pm on a Monday. At 4:41 pm, still not served despite being informed that I was in a queue to have my item I wish to return processed. Observed between 6-8 staff milling around being unproductive. Up to 4 were engaged in personal conversations. Maybe that is why your products are so expensive? Absolutely unnecessary and really, not at all economical business sense to have that many staff on the floor. This day and age when businesses are short-staffed, clearly not Apple. Did not have to wait a minute when I wanted to buy products though. Just to return them.
its an apple store...so plenty of staff to assist and generally stock. I managed to get an iphone 14 even though they were saying they were out of stock. Just ask the staff, they seem to keep some out the back. Much more stock when you ask. The website doesn't seem to be accurate with stock levels. So best to go in and ask the staff if they have it.
Went in to buy an iphone and a watch with a shopping appointment at 12 and when i reached there on time they said they’d get to me in 5min. i waited at the first table where they asked me to stand and i waited there for 30-45min before they got to me. a couple employees got to me during my wait to ask if i need help so i gave them my name to look up on the system, and all of them said they’d have a specialist with me soon. those employees were super nice, the specialist on the other hand was not very nice. she rushed through our appointment and didn’t make eye contact with me as i spoke to her. she was also talking to a fellow employee as i was asking questions about the product.
Sorry You have lost me Apple. My wife and I went into your store and we waited had an appointment yet still waited for over 25 minutes. Even though there were several staff standing around talking to each other. Then we complained about this to the Store manger called Jess. What a waste of time this was. She was not helpful at all. My wife was quite upset. I remember how good the service was at Apple but this has changed in our local store. We will not be returning anytime soon. Apple use to stand out with their customer service. Not the case at this store in Booragoon. They need better management.
Fixing something as simple as charging port that works intermittently is not possible. The solution however is that Apple take your ipad and give you a refurbished one for around $500. well done Apple. If you are refurbishing and selling my ipad after you say it can't be fixed that is illegal. If your throwing away a perfectly good product that should be illegal. If you are just being lazy than I don't know what to say.
