Service excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Well laid out store in the mall. Modern upbeat. Every staff member that spoke to us added value and personal care. Loved it.
Avoid this shop if you need accessories for iPhones or Macs. The system in place to buy accessories is so poor. You are told to wait on one side of the room and you are forgotten about. I attempted 3 times through out the day and gave up. I could go to the worst take away store and they would have a better system for dealing with customers. For one of the biggest tech giants in the world you have forgotten the most important rule in business.
I arrived late for the appointment, but was quickly allocated a spot in the queue. The service agent was very knowledgeable and friendly, and had the one phone fixed and the second taken to the technicians. Gave me the cost options and we were all done in under 20 minutes.
I bought a new iPhone at Apple Robina and had some funds left over on my gift card. The lady suggested I buy an Apple case. I specifically said to her that I wasn’t interested in one as the quality is terrible however she ensured me that they have warranty and it wouldn’t be an issue. Well, what do you know within one month the case has started peeling. I went into Apple today to have it replaced and I got told by the manager “that isn’t our problem as it’s not a manufacturing error, it’s from wear and tear in and out of my pocket from excess use”. What an absolute joke. This phone case from $108 and it can’t stand 1 month of use without peeling. Sorry, am I supposed to have a phone and not use it? What a dumb thing to say. Id like to know what the warranty of the case is for then… what else could go wrong with it that I’d need Warranty for? Waste of $108.
This has happened twice now. You apparently need an appointment to get a screen protector for your phone but don’t need one to buy a new phone!! Should just tell people we only serve you if you’re going to buy something big. Very rude and unhelpful staff. Would not recommend

Bought an apple watch that was completely flat and couldn't be used, looked like it was broken. Went back to the shop and supposedly has to be charged overnight before it can be used for the first time because the wireless charger is too slow to charge it in four hours like through the Power Adapter which would have to be bought separately. Very disappointing product experience. Premium price but no premium experience. Service could have told me about this at the time of purchase because all electoral product come normally pre-charged. Would have saved me going back to the shops.
Had an appointment with a terrible technician from Genius Bar. This genius was very aggressive and doesn’t really respect customers with Asian background. He said he would help other people first then he would come back help me to reset my phone. I waited for half an hour, but he just went back to his office and left me alone. I don’t understand why Apple Robina hires aggressive and racist bogans to embarrass the customers?
Apple Store Robina manager: it's a shame to your customer service level. You staff promised me if the reset of the phone does not work then my phone will be replaced. However the next day I came Alix the manager put on a cold face and attitude "no that's not an option". And then she went on saying it might be something to do with the software on the phone. Come on Apple those software is either written by you or approved by you, not me. How could such a horrible customer service attitude exist at Apple? My hope was probably too high!
I had an appointment at Apple Store Robina because my phone wouldn’t allow me to do the latest stoftware update, they guy told me he couldn’t help me, didn’t know why I couldn’t do it, I took to a local IT business who fixed for me it cost me $200 and he said the tech at apple should have been able to fix it for me, I’m really disappointed!!! Not good enough
