I went in yesterday as my brothers phone was broken. As we all know the Apple Store is extremely busy most of the time. There was a worker called Chris at the door who acknowledged everyone in line and apologised for the wait. He was very happy, welcoming and overall just such a knowledgeable and nice guy. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.nnNot a reflection on the store but they should hire more employees like this!

I have never encountered such a service before in history. The first salesperson was not proactive and appeared to be perfunctory. I directly request to change to a different store clerk because I need a lot of information to provide me with assistance, rather than me communicating unilaterally. The second salesperson is patient, but I am not satisfied with his final evaluation of customers. You cannot summarize or evaluate any customer, and you have no responsibility to evaluate anyone. Whether your evaluation is negative or positive.

Im feeling well embarrassed standing in line to pick up my click and collect. Apple seem to consider customers like sheep and not gaf wasting peoples time. Surely collecting orders can be done quicker with all the staff they have. I get it there will be a queue if it's genuinely busy but store was clearly not that busy. I counted 5 staff standing around outside near the queue. Maybe get them to get the orders? My only conclusion is that they are trying to create fake hype by making people queue for nothing. And just to cap it off, none of the staff clapped as I picked up my order. What happened to the clapping ??

Booked an appointment at the Genius Bar to look at my AirPods. I’d run heaps of tests online and determined that the left AirPod wasn’t charging.nnAfter waiting 30 minutes, someone finally came to help. They went to the back to run tests probably the same I did at home. Then gave me a new left AirPod. He did mention that there could be something wrong with the charging case but that he was “hopeful” the issue would be resolved by replacing the AirPod.nnIt turns out it’s definitely the case and I just wasted my morning. Poor customer service.
