Im feeling well embarrassed standing in line to pick up my click and collect. Apple seem to consider customers like sheep and not gaf wasting peoples time. Surely collecting orders can be done quicker with all the staff they have. I get it there will be a queue if it's genuinely busy but store was clearly not that busy. I counted 5 staff standing around outside near the queue. Maybe get them to get the orders? My only conclusion is that they are trying to create fake hype by making people queue for nothing. And just to cap it off, none of the staff clapped as I picked up my order. What happened to the clapping ??
Just yesterday i purchased an IPhone 16 and the staff were very helpful and then today I came back to ask a few questions relating to the phone and was told by this guy at the door saying they couldn’t help, despite it simply relating to a few buttons in Settings. They were simple questions guys. Need to improve your customer service!!!
We just moved to Hornsby after living in the inner West for decades. Below is a picture of our two lovely removalists: Victor and Diego from Two Men and a Truck.nnIan was efficient and effective.nWe rebooted my MacBook’s power supply and he sent me articles on how to do it myself if it ever happens in future.nApart from that it was just ‘gunk’ in the ports.nnWe reminisced about the Hornsby area - he knew my mother from Ku Ring Gai High.
We were looked after by Dan when we purchased two iPhones and an Apple Watch. His knowledge of apple products is fantastic and he was able to talk us through everything without pushing a purchase.nnHe went above and beyond to help us transfer information across to the new device, we were never once thought of as an inconvenience when we needed this all done close to closing time. Other staff were also incredible enthusiastic about products, it was a really great vibe in the store.nnDan was truly fantastic, he is a real asset to the apple store Hornsby.
Poor customer service. Very narrow band of what they can do for the customer in store. It only adds to the sentiment that Apple innovation is slowing even with AI, Iphone sales are declining and so is market share, RIP Steve Jobs.
