Great shop and friendly staff Mike is magnificent, very helpful he has great knowledge of apple products!!!. I think the use of face masks,temperature and clean everything after Service is awesome to protect every one you don’t want to lock down again!!!
The guy at front door was very rude.. didn’t ever cared to help..when asked his name.. he said he wouldn’t tell me his name.. very rude ....this happened quite a few times now. Seems like they don’t want their customers to come back to them .. if there was an option for 0 star .. I would have done that instead of one.. not good apple ..
Great shop and friendly staff. AppleCare is magnificent. I think the use of face masks and temperature checks is a bit over the top. Airports have 35,000 people transiting everyday with out these requirements.
I won’t buy Apple products anymore, You need to training your staff, they do not know how to serve customers. Waste my time, I visited 5 times for same issues,
very busy, but fast service
Been there for my ipad replacement, the staff was very helpful and friendly, unlike the other apple stores. Guys go to this one if you'd like to get a great service experience.
