Great service when purchasing my iPhone 15 yesterday. HOWEVER, the data exchange from old phone to new was terrible, I was waiting nearly 2 hrs!! Done over wifi, it was ridiculous!! Get home and over that time in Apple, text messages gone from that day. Not happy at all
I spoke with Alex yesterday about getting a new phone, iPad and WFH setup. He was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about all the product options! Would highly recommend Alex if you need help from Apple!
My 6 year old son and I came into today to try and have some issues with his ipad sorted out. Tristan I think - sorry was so incredibly patient with my son, who was really stressed about someone touching his ipad and possibly deleting his Minecraft builds. The inevitable did happen and my son had a massive meltdown. This was nothing to do with anything staff did and just a result of being in such an overwhelming space. Your staff were so kind, the guy working with us explained multiple times that he wouldn't delete anything as was incredibly patient. Please find this man and give him a raise!nnI couldn't leave when my son started having a very public and loud panic attack because going home midway through the process would be worse. We retreated to a corner of the store and were handed some noise cancelling headphones for my son, offered a charger and generally met with compassion. Most people do not understand autism and how difficult this must have been for my son. I am used to being treated poorly in this kind of situation. It was so refreshing to be supported. I wanted to update you all, my sons ipad is working fine, he wants you to know he is sorry he didn't trust you ;nThank you so much!
I went there to replace my iPhone glass cover as a part of the warranty. However, one of the staff Elliot refused to replace it for me as I had purchased it in an Apple shop in Canada, not Australia! Technically, it shouldn’t be an issue based on my experience with other Apple beaches around Australia. I eventually went to another Apple shop, and they happily and politely replaced the case for me without making excuses. I will never go back to Apple in Carindale as I found them not helpful and not following the customer’s rights and benefits, unfortunately.
Purchased online and went to pick up at the Carindale store. Lachie and Peta NN provided lovely service including letting me know that inadvertently purchased an additional adapter even though my iPad already had one. They quickly processed the refund and I was on my way. Thank you for the service!
