Went in for a screen replacement, when I returned they advised there was an issue during replacement and that they were going to have to completely replace my phone. I was told a lady would come out shortly to look after me. After waiting patiently for an hour I asked a staff member how much longer it would be. He returned and said my phone was ready and that they had gotten confused with another person also called the same name. I had waited an hour all for my phone to be sitting there ready the whole time. Then he proceeded to say well good news as the other Amber paid for your screen replacement…. I had paid for my screen replacement already. The people in this store have no idea what’s going on. Would have been better off going to a third party screen replacement company and it would have been cheaper….
There are lots of negative reviews about the staff at this store. I went in without an appointment for a simple swap of a recalled charger. I had a 10-15 minute wait but the technician was great. I did notice little huddles of sales staff chatting with each other as the store wasn’t too busy but the support I received was fine.
I had an amazing experience with Jane at the Apple Store in Sydney. I’m visiting from the US and had an issue with my phone, but I wanted to wait to reset it until I got back home. Jane completely understood and went above and beyond. She diagnosed the issue, clearly explained what she found, and even added detailed notes to my file so the Apple team in the US can pick up right where she left off.nnShe was warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even in a busy store, she made sure I felt supported and never rushed. I walked out feeling confident and taken care of thanks to her thoughtful service.nnIf you’re at the Apple Store in Sydney, I highly recommend working with Jane. She made my entire experience smooth and stress free.
Terrible experience, go somewhere else. Sales woman was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked 3 questions about the MacBook and Apple care, her answer for all of them was “you will need to check online”. Then I decided to follow with the purchase and they didn’t accept the documents from the Uni to get the discount available, even confirming a couple weeks ago that it could be used for the discount. The “manager” was consulted by the sales person and his customer service was even worse, didn’t talk or look to us. Better to buy online or in another store.
To Whom It May Concern,nnI am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my experience at the Apple Store in Bondi Junction, specifically in relation to the behaviour of Manager Nick.nnI purchased a brand-new iPhone Pro under my business account, which immediately presented major technical issues the phone repeatedly cut out during important business calls. It took weeks for the store to locate and replace the faulty device, leaving me with a defective phone and ongoing business interruptions.nnDuring this entire process, Manager Nick demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and compassion. When I first spoke with Manager Nick, he was dismissive and abrupt. On follow-up visits, Manager Nick failed to take responsibility or offer meaningful assistance, insisting that it was a “different department’s issue.” When I raised the matter of the screen protector which I had purchased for the defective device, Manager Nick again refused to help and handled the conversation rudely.nnManager Nick’s attitude and unwillingness to assist caused additional stress and frustration at an already difficult time. His manner was not reflective of Apple’s usual high standard of service and respect for customers.nnI respectfully ask that Apple Head Office review this incident and provide appropriate feedback or training to Manager Nick to ensure no other customers are treated this way.
