I had a bad experience, because my battery was successfully changed but they gave me back my phone with dust between the screen protector and the glass screen .nnThe manager said , « its because we use high pressure »nI don’t know what is it, but Apple should be more professional and give us back a cleaner phone .nnSo I have now a screen protector with dust and bubble inside and a dirty phone.nnIf they don’t have the time to make a proper work , they can stop it .

I had a great experience at the Apple store today! A huge thank you to Nicolas, Lelse, and a gentleman with glasses sorry I don't know your name for their amazing help. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue with the name on my invoice. The team was incredibly friendly and professional. Thanks again for your excellent service!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Apple store. Despite confirming twice that a phone had been reserved for me, I was told upon arrival that there had been a mistake and no phone was available. The poor communication and lack of customer service were frustrating, especially considering the confirmations I received. To make matters worse, even the manager failed to offer a satisfactory explanation or solution. This is far below the standard of service I expect from Apple.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Apple Store located here. I went there to get my homepod repaired, but the service I received from two Indian trainees was extremely poor.nnFirstly, they clearly lacked basic customer service skills. Throughout the entire process, they were very cold and impatient. Every time I asked a question, they responded in an annoyed tone and even interrupted me before I could finish speaking.nnSecondly, they were very unprofessional in handling my device issue. I explained the symptoms of the problem, but they didn't seem to listen carefully to my description. Instead, they just gave a cursory examination and then provided a vague solution.nnLastly, the wait time in the store was incredibly long, and I was not given any explanation or updates. This level of service is far below what I have come to expect from an Apple Store.nnOverall, this experience was very disappointing. I hope Apple takes this issue seriously and improves the training of their staff, especially interns, to ensure they have basic customer service skills and professional knowledge. This will help prevent other customers from encountering similar issues.

They really make you earn any kind of attention here. Last time I visited it took me 10 minutes to find someone to let me pay. Today I booked in to do a half hour trial of the Vision Pro - I was seated and then ignored for 20 minutes, where I then had to leave because the remaining 10 minutes wasn’t enough time to test it
